I'm Mac. I started in web design and SEO over 15 years ago, when search was still a relatively open playing field and a well-built site could move quickly. Those early years taught me the fundamentals — the kind that don't change when an algorithm does.

I've worked with businesses across Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Ireland — from local tradespeople who needed their first website, to established firms competing in some of the most saturated digital markets in the world. Each country taught me something different about how people search, how they evaluate trust online, and what actually moves the needle when it comes to organic growth.

I'm based in Gawler, South Australia now, and I run The Gawler Website Design to bring that international-calibre work to regional Australian businesses — businesses that deserve strategy built for competitive markets, not templates built for mediocre ones.
